When will I receive my order?

The time it takes to fulfill an order may vary depending on our performance schedule and other commitments. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Please check the homepage for updates. 

 

What is the pitch level of your reeds?

We make our reeds to play at A = 440 Hz. If you require reeds to play at a higher pitch level, contact us. 

 

What is your return policy for reeds?

Due to the personal and unique nature of oboe reeds, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter an issue with a product, such as a reed cracking or your package was damaged in the mail, please contact us. We handle each situation on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory resolution.

 

Do you accommodate requests or customizations?

Yes - we can craft custom orders for a surcharge.  Please Contact us for more information. 

 

What are your reeds like? 

We both studied at Temple University in Philadelphia, and our reeds largely reflect the city's distinctive style of playing and reed-making. We aim for efficiency, warmth, and ease.
